The stakeholder interviews were crucial in aligning the product design with the client's business goals, ensuring the product's features met user needs and business objectives. Industry research provided insights into critical standards,                                    regulations, and market opportunities within the stakeholder's                                               industry. Competitor analysis further highlighted market gaps                                              and strengths and weaknesses in existing solutions. By                                                       synthesizing these insights, the design was tailored to                                                     differentiate the client's brand and capitalize on                                                              opportunities for innovation and growth.
